So by chance I had just finished reading an article online about in the States they are moving towards marijuana legalization in many states, and then I ran into this old public domain political cartoon with Uncle Sam (incidentally) smoking a cigar. While I synthesized it, I tweaked it a bit to make it look more like a rolled joint, and then added 'vote' to his card. I often avoid English in my clipart (to make them more universal) but I thought that worked well in this case. It's like uncle sam is voting for legalization? Topical?! I don't know
